Daniele Cassinari daniele.cassinari@northsails.com
Currently CEO of NS Italy and the Southern Europe Sales Manager, Daniele came to North Sails in 2003. Having seen North Sails from a competitor’s viewpoint previously, he feels North Sails is the company which can offer both its employees and clients the most in the sailmaking business in term of technology, products, organization, and more.
Though he doesn’t admit to having a sailmaking “hero” he thinks that the entire group owes a huge debt of respect to Founder, Lowell North, for creating the basis of the most technologically-advanced sailmaking company in the world. He is a leading tactician in the Melges 24 fleet and has raced Farr 40s, Melges 32s, X35s, X41s and Melges 20s. He has years of dinghy and keelboat experience and can answer any questions you may have about the Melges 32 to enhance your sailing experience.

Chris Larson chris.larson@northsails.com
Coming to North Sails after college graduation, Chris began working for North Sails in 1990. He says he was fascinated by the personalities within North: Tom Whidden, Vince Brun, Gary Weisman, Jim Allsopp, Andreas Josenhans (and others)  and wanted to be a part of this elite group of sailors.
In his words “North is the best and most sophisticated sailmaker in the world, producing the most technologically advanced sails available. It’s great to part of an organization like this.”  Chris’ current position at North Sails has him involved with Offshore One Design Classes.
A veteran of America’s Cup, Volvo Ocean Race and multiple world championships, Chris has also been named Rolex Yachtsman of the Year.
